What's New?

2010 Growing Season

Plantapalooza 2010 a great success!
May 22-23 at the Brigham Hill Community Farm

Our second year of Plantapalooza was a terrific outpouring of springtime energy, with a bigger crowd, new sponsors, and lots of fun for all. In addition to all the excitment, the event helped replenish our coffers for a new growing season.

Welcome to Community Harvest Project!

We're a nonprofit, volunteer farming organization based at the Brigham Hill Community Farm in North Grafton, MA. All the vegetables we grow are donated to hunger relief organizations in central Massachusetts.

But our volunteers benefit, too! They include students from elementary school through college, learning about agriculture, community service, and the problem of hunger here and around the world. They also include church and civic groups, who find fellowship and a meaningful way of connecting with each other and their less fortunate neighbors.

Families and individuals volunteer, too -- it's a great way to get your hands dirty helping others!
